Pricing is based on flat fee alignment with project scope and asset environment. Vendor costs are billed separately unless otherwise specified in writing.

Final pricing is determined during the intake and scope definition process.

Clients agree to provide accurate property information, access permissions, and required documentation necessary for coordination.

Delays caused by incomplete information or restricted access may affect timelines.

PCKRM Estate Solutions acts as a coordination and oversight provider. While we exercise reasonable diligence in vendor selection and project management, we are not liable for unforeseen damages, delays, or third party performance failures beyond our direct control.

Liability limitations will be further outlined within individual service agreements.

All estate and property related information shared with us will be handled confidentially. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary operational processes or internal documentation without written consent.
